These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Ronzzo Restaurant Orders Management System (“Ronzzo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) by restaurant owners, riders, delivery personnel, staff members, and end customers.
By using Ronzzo’s website, mobile applications, ordering pages, QR menus, dashboards, and related services, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Terms- Ronzzo provides restaurant order management, online ordering, delivery coordination, reservation management, QR menu systems, customer communication tools, and related business services.
- Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Ronzzo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users may not use Ronzzo for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Ronzzo may update these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version.
Restaurant owners, managers, and authorized staff members who use Ronzzo agree to the following:
Account Responsibilities- Restaurant owners are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
- Restaurant owners must ensure that menus, prices, taxes, delivery fees, opening hours, and product availability are accurate and up to date.
- Restaurant owners are responsible for assigning appropriate access rights to employees and staff.
- Restaurant owners are responsible for preparing, packaging, and fulfilling customer orders correctly and on time.
- Restaurants must notify customers promptly if an item is unavailable or delayed.
- Restaurants are responsible for ensuring food quality, food safety, and compliance with local health regulations.
- Ronzzo is not responsible for errors in menu listings, pricing, or order preparation.
- Restaurant owners agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, commissions, transaction fees, or service charges associated with Ronzzo.
- Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension or service interruption.
- Restaurants are responsible for taxes, government charges, and legal reporting obligations related to their business.
Restaurant owners may not:
- Publish false or misleading information
- Use offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
- Manipulate orders, reviews, or delivery information
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Ronzzo
Riders, drivers, couriers, and delivery personnel who use Ronzzo agree to the following:
Delivery Responsibilities- Riders must deliver orders safely, professionally, and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Riders are responsible for ensuring that orders are handled carefully and remain in acceptable condition during delivery.
- Riders must follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, and local delivery regulations.
- Riders are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, permits, insurance, and vehicle registration where required.
- Riders must provide accurate information when creating their profile.
- Riders may not share accounts with other individuals.
- Riders must behave respectfully toward restaurants, customers, and Ronzzo staff.
- Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or theft may result in immediate account termination.
- Rider earnings may depend on completed deliveries, distance, delivery fees, incentives, or other applicable arrangements.
- Ronzzo may deduct service fees, penalties, or adjustments related to cancelled, fraudulent, or incomplete deliveries.
- Riders are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.
- Unless otherwise required by law or separate agreement, riders are considered independent contractors and not employees of Ronzzo.
Customers who place orders through restaurants using Ronzzo agree to the following:
Orders- Customers must provide accurate delivery details, phone numbers, and payment information.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before confirming payment.
- Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification may not be possible if the restaurant has already started preparing the order.
- Customers agree to pay all applicable charges, including food prices, taxes, delivery fees, service charges, and tips where applicable.
- Failed or rejected payments may result in cancellation of the order.
- Refund requests may be reviewed based on restaurant policies, delivery status, and the reason for the complaint.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by weather, traffic, inaccurate customer information, or events outside reasonable control.
- Customers should report missing items, damaged orders, or delivery issues within a reasonable period after receiving the order.
Customers may not:
- Use false information
- Abuse restaurants, riders, or customer support
- Attempt fraudulent chargebacks
- Place fake orders
- Misuse discounts, coupons, or promotions
- Restaurants may cancel orders due to unavailable items, technical issues, safety concerns, or inability to fulfill the order.
- Customers may cancel orders before preparation begins, subject to restaurant policies.
- Ronzzo reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
All trademarks, software, branding, logos, designs, and platform content related to Ronzzo remain the property of Ronzzo or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse Ronzzo’s technology or branding without written permission.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ronzzo is not responsible for restaurant food quality, ingredient accuracy, allergy disclosures, or food safety.
- Ronzzo is not responsible for rider behavior, traffic delays, accidents, or vehicle-related issues.
- Ronzzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Ronzzo’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected service.
Ronzzo may suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in fraud or abuse
- Causes harm to other users or the platform
- Fails to pay required fees
Users may stop using Ronzzo at any time.
9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country or region where Ronzzo operates, unless otherwise required by local law.
